"There is no place like home"- this encompasses RAM completely. I began training the summer of 2017, signed up for a year and after several months of training I unfortunately moved out of state. During that time RAM made canceling my membership a breeze as they talked me through all the steps I needed to take to get my membership canceled. While away I visited many gyms, trying to find one to match the quality that RAM has and none compared.
A year later I returned to Lynchburg and have been training at RAM ever since. There is a wealth of knowledge at RAM that is second to none. The coaches are great at delivering information for all levels of experience to understand and get something out of. RAM is family friendly but also is great for those who want to compete. The coaches have all had competition experience and many still actively compete. This place has become a second home and the people that train at RAM are family. Whether you want to just get in shape, learn self defense, find something for your kids, or compete- RAM is hands down the best place to do it.
