Absolutely loved my experience here. They also have a nice set up to take a shower and get cleaned up afterwards!. when i first began to practice bikram i really didn't know if i could actually get through a class! happily i did:) i've been practicing now for almost two years and the benefits i feel are tremendously beneficial to my overall heath and wellbeing Physically , psychologically and spiritually.... more
