I am writing this review to congratulate Yali and her team of amazing ladies who go above and beyond to provide with unforgettable Birthday Party experiences.
At the time of the party, my husband was just returning back from overseas. It was a time of high stress in our family.
Ms. Yali coordinated the entire transaction efficiently and effortlessly. Ms. Cecilia did an outstanding job running the party.
She was organized, competent and super polite. The decorations were beautiful. The place was clean. Everyone had a great time. My daughter felt special. My guests left with smiles n their faces. We have thrown parties at several venues and One Life Woodbridge has surpassed them all!
Thank you Birthday Party team for giving us amazing memories !

I agree with several other people.

on the most relaxing day of the week when millions of people in this area do not work a (Saturday) and are up early in the morning to go ahead and get the workouts out the way, the gym doesn't open up until 7 and closes at 8 on a Saturday..... it's ridiculous.... I looked up planet fitness they are 24-hour.

Recently moved from Colorado and had not been able to find a comparable gym... Until I found Onelife!
I'm glad I stopped to tour this place.
Machines are in amazing condition and there is plenty of variety to maximize your fitness needs.
Staff has always been friendly and welcoming. This place has quickly become my second home.

My sister came down from New York to visit and see Virginia because she will be moving down here soon. She wanted to check out what gyms we had around Woodbridge so my wife took her to Onelife Fitness because that is where my wife has a memebership at. My wife was directed to Mike one of the sale reps so she can get my sister a guest pass to see if she would like the gym. When my wife asked for the guest pass Mike(sale rep) told her it would be $10. My wife had taken me there before and my guest pass was FREE. So my wife told Mike "what if she(my sister) got the online FREE PASS" thats when Mike caught an attitude with my wife and told her it would still be $10. Mike also told my wife that if my sister had came by herself it would have been $20 for the FREE GUEST PASS but since she came with my wife he was giving them discount and only charging $10. My wife decided she would pay it anyways. Mike told my wife she had to wait for the cashier to come so she can get charged. After 15 minutes of waiting someone else came to the front desk to help my wife. Unlike Mike this person didnt try to charge my wife. This person actually told my wife that she did NOT need to pay because since its my sisters FIRST TIME she gets a complimentary pass(FREE PASS). Mike was told that it was my sisters first time to the gym and he still tried to charge them for the pass. This sale rep needs to be talked to because who knows how many people he has charged $10 to for their FIRST guest pass. Probably trying to take advantage of two women.

I love this club! So glad I joined... the team is spectacular and I love the weight floor. The equipment selection makes it easy breezy for me to get my workout in. I also loved the Smart Start process- it gave me a good vision of where I am currently and what my potential is in reference to my fitness goals. 100% recommend this club if you're in the market for a great gym in the area!

Joined this gym about 8 months ago. The equipment works fine and the front desk staff are especially friendly making my morning workouts easier. It is probably the best choice in area. The only issue I have is with the shower area. Since I use it daily after my workouts I started to pay more and more attention to the cleanliness of it. The shower curtains need to be replaced ASAP they are disgusting and it wouldn't hurt to take care of the mold/mildew in there either. It is gross and have been to other gyms (LA Fitness) who don't even have that problem which is really sad.

I signed up for six month's of Zone 4. The club continued to bill me for the service, even though I provided them with a 30 day written notice. I had to cancel my credit card on file to stop the continuous payments. Now I have to deal with a collection agency. That is fine because it will work out in the end for me. Companies as this one will not prosper. Do not be the next statistic!

Follow up - since my records had been transferred to a collection agency, I had to work with the agency to dispute the charges. I received a letter dated 15 May 2018 from the collection agency saying I still have to pay the charges per one life fitness. Being that my time is limited and very valuable and God has blessed me with some extra money, I will be the bigger person and by this also affecting my credit, I will go ahead and close this collection debt. Again join this gym at your own risk.
I am a firm believer in everyone and businesses will reap what they sow.

I love the gym but parking at this location is horrible. Usually it's pretty bad and you have to drive around for a long time. But now that there is construction it's even worse. I'm not one to complain but it puts me in such a bad mood that I just go back home without even working out because there's no parking.

Always a great club. I usually work at the McLean club but stopped here after a trip to IKEA. Managers Mark and Ayana always happy to help out.. They showed me and my family around the club and answered all our questions. Really liked the pool and the new group training Zone4 area.

I've been a member at OneLife for 10 months now. The facility is generally clean and well-kept (though the carpet in the foam rolling area desperately needs to be replaced). My trainer Jeffrey is outstanding and is helping me consistently set and reach my strength training goals.

I've been a member of One Life for over a year now and would highly recommend it. The staff is friendly and helpfull, the equipment is top notch, and the location is great because I enjoy strolling the Stonebridge plaza after working out! I've been a member of some of the competing gyms in the area and have to say that One Life's locker rooms are better maintained than most. As for the elevator, which has been out of commission for a surprisingly long time, I'm sure it will be fixed soon; but otherwise the gym is awesome.

Ive been a member for almost a year now and have had no problems... However ... I would like to see a new, wider heavy bag. The current bag is falling apart. Also I would like to see the heavy bag in a better location where you can walk around it and get a better work out. Someone might seriously injure themselves throwing a punch due to the proximity of the bag and the metal bars that surround it. Also, The heavy bag is right in front of the spin class door...I know this isn't a boxing gym... but if you have a heavy bag, at least put it in a better location...

I've also noticed that the elevator has been down for over a month... ??

I have been a member now for 3+years even when it was sport and health. Great staff great facilities and equipment. I have no complaints. The only thing that i would love to see is being opened 24/7 especially for the price we are paying. If they did that they coukd probably get even more memebers.

At first I thought I had made a good decision at trying this gym out. Amber helped me set up my account and was awesome. However, after being a loyal member I am disappointed after expecting to be helped more thoroughly, but instead was given wrong information by an employee which cost me in late fees. The manager they have on duty is rude and did not attempt to help me solve my issue . I asked to speak with the general manager and was told I could leave a message and he "may" get back to me. When I asked if I could see him in person she told me he only works twice a week. Extremely terrible experience . I do not recommend this gym to anyone.

Christine ( lifeguard) is awesome. She is very patient, helpful, & great leader. I was fearful of the water, and she got me to where I'm able to front/back float, breast stroke, and etc.
If you decide to take swim lessons here, please ask for Christine.
