I searched high an low for a yoga studio closer to my home and am very happy to have found Refresh Yoga Center! I have taken classes with several different instructors and each has been taken to the time to introduce themselves and make me feel welcomed prior to class.... more

Great yoga in Del Ray! I like the studio and the teachers a lot.. My favorite studio even though it's a long drive for me from DC. A more traditional practice than many of the area's commercial studios .... more
