Went to buy a pair of leggings for my wife at the lululemon outlet in Murray, UT for a special occasion. After encountering nonexistent customer service, I decided to return home and place an order online. When the online order arrived, the note which was supposed to arrive with it was not included, the bag in which the leggings arrived was already ripped open, and the leggings were completely the wrong color. Instead of a light blue they came as a dark green which my wife detests. I understand that mistakes can be made, but for $128 a pair, one should be able to expect premium customer service, or at the very least, the same product that they thought they purchased!
