Terrible customer attendance. I waiting at the checkout counter with no one there, while 5 employees chatted around the front of store.
The clothes are really nice, but I bought a pair of pants from here and they hemmed them and then sent them to me and the sensor was still on? So they are not wearable. I live about an hour a way so it is really inconvenient to go back to the store just to have them remove it. I would think with how expensive the clothes are that they would be able to remove the sensors on the clothes they send you..
The staff is great here and you just can't beat the level of the clothing. It wears forever, I have some items that are five years old and can't tell it's wear. Every time I try another brand, I regret it.
The staffs were very nice and helping me with fitting the leggings and finding another sizes for me and kept checking on me in the fitting room! I really like the experience. Would go back for finding new products!
Went to buy a pair of leggings for my wife at the lululemon outlet in Murray, UT for a special occasion. After encountering nonexistent customer service, I decided to return home and place an order online. When the online order arrived, the note which was supposed to arrive with it was not included, the bag in which the leggings arrived was already ripped open, and the leggings were completely the wrong color. Instead of a light blue they came as a dark green which my wife detests. I understand that mistakes can be made, but for $128 a pair, one should be able to expect premium customer service, or at the very least, the same product that they thought they purchased!

The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly, they know what they're talking about and will go out of their way to make sure that you have a good experience. My only issue is that the prices are insane, but I guess you pay for the quality.

I LOVE this store - and their employees! Wish their prices were cheaper. They always make me feel very welcomed when I walk in. They are super helpful and very knowledgeable with their product. I feel like I have made friends with each and one of these employees! Totally recommend checking them out.

What a great shopping experience. Everyone was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We are new to Utah and Avery took time to tell us about some great hiking trails around the area. Lululemon and Utah people in general continue to impress us in the short time we have been here. Thanks for the great customer service and we will be back.

I hate shopping at the Fashion Place Lululemon store. Every time I walk in there I am always wearing Lululemon since it's my favorite clothing brand the b****** there look me up and down don't even say hi and I don't get any help whatsoever. the last time I was in there I was in there to buy 2 bras a pair of pants for my husband and a new pair of leggings for myself which is upwards of $300 and nobody would help me.... in fact all the b****** were standing in the very back of the store by the fitting rooms talking about God knows what and ignoring every customer in there!!! I don't know
who they think they are but this is horrible customer service! I much rather just order my s*** online!!!!

I wear leggings a lot and I heard that the Lululemon brand leggings were the best leggings to buy. I saved up some money and went to the Lululemon store in the fashion Place Mall to try on some leggings and purchase a pair. During my entire time at the store, none of the employees approached me or asked if I needed help. I had to approach an employee myself and ask her what her favorite type of legging was because I was confused by all of the different types of leggings. Even then she gave me a concise answer that offered me no help in my search. When trying on leggings, I noticed other employees trying on the Lululemon clothing themselves. I felt rejected as a consumer. My advice to this Lululemon store would be to change your customer service so that your employees are helpful and make the customer feel valued. Had this store have had better customer service, I might have purchased something instead of walking out empty handed.
