One of the grossest pools I've ever been in. Algae on the pool walls and floor. Hair on the locker room floors....and inexplicably wet in front of the lockers. If they cleaned this place, it would be fine.

The worst customer service ever! I went in to a gym for the first time since my military days. I was instantly told I need to pay a significant amount of $. Would not let me even look around the facility. If there was a lower rating ,that is what it deserves. NEVER VISIT THIS SITE.!

3 television's on the fox network. 2 on the fox news republican viewpoint channels. One on fox 13. Where is channel 2 . Channel 4 . Channel 5. ABC network . CBS network. NBC network. Fox viewpoint only ? ABC . CBS . NBC very old established networks with a different viewpoint. 3 televisions with fox viewpoint. Will delete this review once I see ABC CBS NBC CNN . Don't most people still like ABC CBS Nbc. Grew up enjoying these great networks. Not everyone is a Republican and not everyone wants to discuss politics. Fox news is a political channel . ABC CBS Nbc great variety of programming. The voice . Dancing with the star's. Excellent shows and great variety. Fox news just political . Abc funniest home video funny . hope to see Abc Cbs Nbc soon. Please add more television's or have only one television on fox . thanks. Is fox news political channel better than ABC . CBS. Nbc. ? Are we missing out ? Please put up more television's . if you love Abc Cbs Nbc i don't see it on any television's in this gym. No Abc news . no Cbs news . no Nbc news. No Cnn news. No Msnbc. Mens locker room could be cleaner . showers also could be cleaner. Nbc americas got talent not at this gym yet. Worst television selection if you like local news channels

Really run down. Mold growing up the walls in the bathroom and sauna. For some reason, the geniuses here think that putting the battle ropes in front of the front entrance is the best place. Someone who trips on them will end up owning the gym and making better decisions. Really needs an overhaul in the decisions made.

Trainers need to teach their clients to clean up their weights after they are done. I just watched a trainer leave a trail all around the gym with their client. We already have plenty of people that don't clean up after themselves and we don't need you teaching your clients that it is okay. Do everyone a favor and show them how to be responsible gym patrons. I would expect more from someone working at a gym.

I will never go here again and would never recommend it to anyone. Started an account with them and just over 1 month into my services I was told I would not be able to work out by my doctor. I got charged for my second month a few days before I put it on hold. While my account was on hold I got charged a yearly fee (When my account had only been active for 1 month) then when I told them I needed to cancel they said well you have 30 days to still come but you won't be refunded for the almost 100 for the yearly fee and the month I got charged for when my account was on freeze.

Have been going to this location for years and out of all of the 24fit in The Valley this is the best one! Their pool area specially is very well kept, they got all new cardio machines now !

I've joined and left this gym three times over the past several years as my workout needs and budget have changed. One of my favorite things about this gym is how easy it is to cancel a membership. No need to meet a special manager, no pressure. Every other gym I've belonged to has been a nightmare to extricate myself from. 24 Hour in my experience has been run with a high level of integrity.

Only two criticisms would be price and newness of machines. If you have use of the basketball courts, workout classes, and a swimming pool then I'd say this is a steal! But for me, would be way out of my price range when other options exist at a much cheaper price.

Great equipment, friendly staff. The kids zone is awesome. They have a pool, suana, and steam room of you're into that.

Visiting from out of town... it is kind of tucked in the back of a shopping plaza. The facility is clean with well maintained equipment. Locker room is nice and clean. Pool area has a nice lap pool with a hot tub, sauna, and steam room. Definitely recommend this gym to others.

Honestly a terrible gym. Just about everything is out of date, its cramped space so all the machines are close together no room for walking lunges. I couldn't tell if it was my B.O. or the dude next to me working out. It either smells like chlorine in the locker room or sweaty ass in the gym. Sorry I loved my old 24 in West Jordan this one just doesn't come close. Unless you can get a full group together to use the bball courts or are a big lap swimmer don't go to this gym.

Matt gave me an extensive tour of the gym today. He was knowledgable, friendly, and extremely personable. He talked with me and answered all of the questions I had about the gym, membership pricing, etc.
Upon entering the gym I was greeted by smiling faces. I absolutely love the family-like atmosphere I found here, and the amenities included with membership are wonderful! All of the equipment, lockers, pool, sauna, etc. were very clean and inviting. During my workout I even noticed smiling staff sweeping floors, etc. This gym is very well kept!
The gym itself has an older style to it (decor wise, and equipment wise), but it feels like a family owned place and again, it's extremely well kept. It's a big gym, too! But, it doesn't feel commercialized, and there's a wide variety of equipment available.
As I walked around in the day time, there was an older crowd of members, they all smiled and were really sweet to me. In the evening and at night, the crowd wasn't as kind. The culture seems different in the daytime.
The only negative comments I could make would be the cleanliness of the showers in the Women's locker room. They gave me a three day trial pass to give the gym a try, and I was very turned off by the showers. I walked in and there were dirty paper towels on the ground, hair all over the walls, etc. It just made me uncomfortable, and I know I would have to go all the way home to shower.
PROS:
- Friendly staff
- Good rates for membership
- Assortment of equipment (yoga rollers, free weights, etc.)
- Assortment of amenities
- LOTS of weights and machines- you won't ever have to wait your turn
- Clean pool, sauna, and hot tub.
- Classes are included in membership
CONS:
- Showers could be cleaned more often.
- Sauna and Steam room are unisex (other gyms have them privately in the locker room).

Unlike Planet Fitness, VASA, etc, this gym isn't crowded, it feels personal and safe. As I walked around there was an older crowd of members, they all smiled and were really sweet to me. It's a bit more expensive than PF or VASA, but it has a great environment, and the amenities, people, and culture is wonderful!

Needs needs 2.5 lb plates ... not one to be found.

been going for many years and got to love the gym family!
a little troy is with kids club sometimes being too full to be able to take my 3 kids but they are friendly and help us through it

Friendly membership peeps. Can only sign up for membership between 9a-9p for memberships. Looked for an all night gym option. This seemed to be the option. Have been to three of the locations in town. Love them!! A few butt/ab machines I miss from my old gym. But they have a couple interesting calf options I have seem. And this location has pool/jacuzzi/steam/sauna!! Bonus!! Great parking.

Great place to work out, friendly staff. Good trainers, and very wide selection of machines and free weights, as well as cardio equipment. Lots of classes offered as well as nutritional supplements.
