I have fallen in love with the Bar Method. When I first started going I had just finished therapy after a terrible hamstring strain, from running. I loved running, and I was so worried I would get out of shape not being able to do it with all the pain I was in. The Bar Method was gentle, but challenging, and it has continued to be so! It has, safely, got me back in shape, I am in significantly less pain, and I am so much stronger than I was 6 months ago. The results are amazing and visible. It has become a place of enjoyment for me, a break in my day for just me. I love this place, the people and the workout. I would recommend it to absolutely, anyone!
