Trolley square 24 fitness is permanently closed last Friday in November 2019 at 8 pm. This 24 fitness had an excellent maintenance man and the very best cardio machines all with fans in all most all cardio equipment. Again permanently closed. Closed permanently. This was an excellent gym.

Great stairsteppers.The Best treadmills . Nice customers. DirecTV also. Regretfully they are permanently closing their trolley square location in November. The very best ab machine .Excellent location near Whole foods Wells fargo. Near Trader joes. Near tmobile and Sprint I love trolley square area New cybex arc trainers Octane equipment also The very best cardio equipment. The only thing i miss is the Precor open stride. Precor open stride is precor best elliptical. Excellent television channel choices in the cardio area and in the locker room. The best cardio area second to none. Also an excellent maintenance man at trolley square 24 hour

I love this place - it's like a little sanctuary to me. I'm only giving it 4 stars because the company itself isn't responsive to their customer's needs - best illustrated in that they are closing this location.
I go late at night when there are fewer people there, so I never have to wait for equipment or machines. It's an extreme hardship to me that they will be closing, particularly because I've heard this particular location generates the most business in UT. It's conveniently located downtown, making it easy access for college students, working parents, and others. 24 Hr's other locations are not convenient, so we'll all have to take our business elsewhere.

Lovely place with very helpful staff. Super kind and friendly. 10/10 would work out at. All equipment is phenomenal. Always offer to sample hypervolt. Good deals on protein cookie. Wish they had escalator.

Do not join. I was a paying member for 10 years. I cancelled and 24 hour continued to take money from my card for almost 2 years. When I asked them to refund the money, they told me no. Apparently they get to steal from you and it's your "personal responsibility" to make sure they don't. Aside from the monthly fees they stole from me, there were multiple other fees, totaling hundreds of dollars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The location and the hours were great and the amount of equipment was adequate. But, BEWARE: there is a good reason why 24 Hour Fitness has a certain reputation for membership cancellations. They kept delaying and "forgetting" my cancellation requests and then ended up overcharging me. My suggestion to anyone reading this would be to stand there and hover over them until they do it in front of you instead of putting your name on the list and then having them lose or delay your cancellation request.

The staff here is SUPER nice! Decent gym, gets really busy the closer it gets to 5pm. Good variety of equipment, lots of cardio machines, but a limited number of squat racks, some machines, and cable handles. I think most of the 2½lb. plates made their way out of there. Just have a few options and variation in your routine and you'll be fine. Plate weights and other items have a tendency to not be reracked or put back when finished, but I think that's more of a patron thing than on the staff.

This is a solid gym, from beginners to experienced lifters. All the equipment you need to get your work in. Very nice friendly staff as well.

Great environment! Comfortable atmosphere and not overly crowded! We love the child care center and it's awesome to have daily classes with our membership!

I just went in to use my pass for the first time and five minutes into my workout I realize there is no service in the entire gym for people with T-Mobile service. I went to the front desk to ask if they have wifi, and for some odd reason, they do not?.....This is so frustrating. I am so sick of gyms that do the bare minimum. At least tell people when they are signing up that they won't have service if they have service with T-mobile. SO RUDE! Especially as a gym employee they should know that people spend hours at a time at a gym, of course people are going to be wanting to use their phones. This is a deal breaker for me and had I known, I would not have signed up. Pathetic!

If you use the gym and the daycare regularly... easy 5 stars! Great facility and great daycare service, extra $15 or so a month for up to two hours a day of watching the kiddos. For an extra $15 a month for 40-60 hrs of babysitting services... well worth it of course.
This location is one of the best up kept locations in the state as well. Always clean and equipment in working order.
They always have great staff, just need to pay them more so they stick around longer, particularly in the daycare.

Don't understand the bad reviews on this place. Trying to get into better shape. Go in, work out, leave. That's all a gym is. This one is clean and maintained. Variety of equipment and free weights. $30 a month is a fair price.
