I like that I don't have to think about what I'm going to do at the gym and I feel like I get a good mix of different muscle groups used. The variety every time I go is nice as well. I've been going for almost a full year now, and I have not yet had a repeated workout.

The coaches are extremely nice, and the workouts are amazing. I love everything about OTF.

Staff friendly and energetic, great structure to kick start your health plan, love the work outs which change every time. Coaches get to know members, it is always fun! Love the concept of this gym, I really feel like staff care and are interested in your personal goals.

It's challenging and it's different each day. All I have to do to be fit is commit to showing up and giving an effort, which makes it easy and effective. The coaches are incredible which also helps. For instance, Taylor always notices when someone is pushing hard and throws some encouragement their way. She also cracks jokes and corrects my form on the weight floor. It really helps me bust out more reps when I'm tired, and makes me feel good about what I'm doing. Coach Julie's high energy carries my sluggish self on days I'm feeling off. Sometimes she's the only thing keeping me going when she's running back and forth calling out encouragement during the last all outs of the day. Just looking at Ali's physique is all the fitness motivation I need for a class (for real who would it not motivate?). She's also kind and knowledgeable. Evan is also great, he cares and puts a lot of consideration into his coaching.

Today was my third day at orange theory! I am absolutely obsessed. Go in for your first free class and give it a try, you will definitely want to sign up.

My coaches, Liz and Gina, are great. They often monitor and correct my form while I'm doing the weight floor exercises. I appreciate their enthusiasm and encouragement. I also like the energy and atmosphere, it is motivating and helps me to get the most out of my workout.

OTF has completely changed the way I feel about fitness and working out. Not only do I get a killer workout every time I go, the coaches are motivating and supportive and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I have loved every minute working out at OTF

The trainers are very good and friendly and the staff are also nice. The workouts are pretty challenging and they try to do something different everyday. Over three months I lost 3 kg of fat and gained 1 kg of muscle (found using DEXA scan)

Such a well-run gym with great, friendly, helpful, and sincerely kind staff. I've recently begun working out there and love the structured workouts I've had in Melissa's classes.

I thoroughly enjoy working out at Orange Theory Fitness. It is more money than I ever wanted to spend on a gym, and yet I find it completely worth it. I am challenged new ways each workout and pushed in ways that I normally don't push myself. It's a fantastic workout!!!

A positive way to start the day. I like the energy and variety. This is like Cross-Fit but without the injuries (and knee socks!). The coaches do a great job keeping the pace and keeping things fun. This is a sustainable workout program.

I hate working out, but got tired of feeling out of shape. I reduced sugar and workout at Orange Theory once a week and in two months have lost nearly 4 inches of my gut. Working out is getting easier, but it still kicks my butt every time. I compete against myself and my personal best and the trainers that lead the class show me what to do and how to accomplish my health and body goals and then it's up to me to push myself as hard as I am able. If my forum on the weight floor needs help the trainers kindly correct me - It's almost like having a personal trainer.

Efficient workout! Be aware of package options before you go, as the lower cost options are not immediately offered without prompting.

Had a blast for my first workout at Orangetheory fitness. What I liked best was how frequently the workout changed & the high intensity motivation from the personal trainer. I felt like I could go at my own pace or push myself into the orange zone by gauging off the Orangtheory heart rate screen. Loved it & signed up for monthly classes!!!
