I cannot recommend CrossFit New Life enough! I am an individual who has always hated working out. I know - hate is a strong word, but that's how I felt about exercising! I would walk into a gym and instantly become overwhelmed by all of the equipment there. I had no idea which machines to use or how many reps/sets I needed to complete so I would just guess and hope for the best. Realistically, I could have researched all of that information but, let's be honest, I was a full-time student until I was 26 years old and I often worked two -time jobs. I didn't have time to research that information, nor did I really want to. I had also tried paying for a personal trainer, subscribing to home workout programs, etc. - all to no avail. It seemed like no matter what I tried, my body would not change. That's when I found CrossFit New Life!
Here is what I LOVE about the CrossFit New Life program: 1) Crossfit is the ONLY workout that has provided me with results. 2) When I walk into the gym, I already have my workout for the day written out on the board for me. 3) The trainers are extremely attentive. Not only do they do they walk you through the workout step by step, but they also fix your movements, suggest the amount of weight you should use based on your strength and endurance, and provide you with modifications. 4) They offer a variety of class times to work with your schedule. 5) It is a team environment. It doesn't matter if you are the first to finish the workout or the last - everyone there is cheering you on!
