Very relaxing yoga. Great breath work exercises and stetching my back. I love the sounds bowls and the gongs.. Joni is an absolute miracle worker! I have been to her 6 times for energy healing work, and what a difference it has made! I feel like I have lost 20 pounds, expanded my abundance and clarity, and feel so much more positive and hopeful for the future! I am soooo grateful that I found her!
