Very relaxing yoga. Great breath work exercises and stetching my back. I love the sounds bowls and the gongs.
Joni is an absolute miracle worker! I have been to her 6 times for energy healing work, and what a difference it has made! I feel like I have lost 20 pounds, expanded my abundance and clarity, and feel so much more positive and hopeful for the future! I am soooo grateful that I found her! I highly recommend her life-changing services to anyone young or old!

I have been going to Downtown Yoga for three years now and it is a wonderful experiance every time I set foot into the door. I attend many classes and they are all great. They also offer amazing yoga workshops featuring live music occasionally. Each teacher is extreamly welcoming, so much so that I feel like a part of the DT Yoga family.
Love, love, love this place! AMAZING and welcoming energy when you walk in. Uber kid friendly. Super clean. My 5-year-old goes to the kids yoga class and she just loves it! I am looking forward to many, MANY more classes! Everyone needs to go!
