Nice gym where people keep to themselves and come to workout without too much socializing. The staff is friendly overall..Great place to work out people are friendly staff is awesome.... more
No Meatheads here!.This gym is god sent. Not many gyms out there in KC where they have a dark colored walls with art of the muscle anatomy. This gym has new stairmaster and treadmills which is a plus but another thing I love about this place are the free weights and racks.... more
I've recently started taking P90X and Insanity classes with Robbie and they have been killer! I've noticed changes in my body in the first week or so and am a big fan of these classes.... more
