Nice gym where people keep to themselves and come to workout without too much socializing. The staff is friendly overall.

Just started using this gym more often. I love the atmosphere, the quiteness and friendlyness of all employees and personal trainers! If you are looking for a personal trainer I highly recommend Jonathan! They have tons off classes as well! They offer Zumba, Yoga, Spinning Classes and much more. I definitely recommend The Gym KC.

Really enjoy this gym. Cost is good, rarely ever have to wait for equipment, highly recommended.. sort of.. dont everyone come here (:

I've been going to this gym for the couple years and am overall pleased with my experience. The price is great, friendly staff, there's a wide variety of classes included with membership and good equipment. Can be a bit grimmy with buckets left out for leaks, but the bathrooms, and equipment have always been clean, which is what matters to me.

Not your typical gym. It has a funky vibe and decor. No hard bodies, at least not early in the morning. There is almost any kind of exercise equipment you could want and a variety of classes.

Great people that are regulars very helpful if starting out and not sure what to do. Free classes convenient locations. Met my wife at their boxing class 8 years ago. Some older equipment in older building bathrooms are small and cramped showers are terrible but get the job done. Great price for what you get

I really like this gym! I like to lift weights and each location has a good amount of free weights and machines. I rarely have to wait on a piece of equipment. I also like to attend the yoga classes that they offer 3 times a week. They offer many other classes that are included with the membership as well.

I love this gym. The staff is really nice and helpful. It's a strange looking gym with orange walls and weird layout but I love it. There are always machines available to use and I like the yoga class.
I always see people use machines and never wipe their sweat off but the staff does a good job of wiping down the machines, moping and washing towels.
Very safe and comfortable feeling.
Pros:
24 hours, affordable, roomy, nice staff, good classes, clean bathrooms
Cons:
Can be crowded after work (like most places), if you forget your code after hours you can't go inside, people don't always wipe down machines, limited parking

A like the gym as I don't feel intimated. They offer some free classes. Equipment is newer and the are many different machines. Decorations are fun. There's a massage place right beside it too. Good gym for people in the Crossroads area.

Great gym. Very reasonable price, friendly vibe, big, good equipment. And yes, no meat heads :). Almost all the classes are free and really good.

Staffs are amazingly helpful and friendly. Most equipment looks new and it is well-maintained. There is never a wait to get on equipment even at busy times. Tons of classes included with a membership. Memberships are monthly without sign-up or cancellation fees.
