Ive been googling a great gym to visit this weekend since last week. Visiting my Grandmother per usual, I got tired of PF off Flatbush....I LOVE this gym, the trainers here are so welcoming and dedicated to what they do, especially Terrance! The only hard part about this gym is actually getting up in the morning but once you are there you feel great.... more

I love this place, and its people, so welcoming and empowering!.Visited Tiltshift Lab CrossFit for the first time last week. Have to say that they're one of the best gyms I've ever been to! Normally when I travel I like to visit different boxes every day but the community at Tiltshift is so welcoming and the coaching staff is top notch for all levels I didn't want to go anywhere else.... more
