A great clean gym. Staff are nice from my experience. Equipment has broken while I've been using it and I have seen equipment unavailable as well but this cant be avoided and is not the fault of the gym I believe.

It does the job, big enough, has most of the equipment you need. Seen better equipment at other planet fitness locations. The price is hard to beat.

Been going to gym for almost a month. The staff are pleasant, and the people just go in and workout and there isn't much distraction going on, which I love. I just check in and go workout. The place is really clean too. I love all the TV's and the music. Plenty of treadmills!! The one thing that bugs me, which isn't really management's fault but they could check in from time to time; is that people hang out in the 30 minute circuit room, texting and sitting on the machines without using them. It's annoying when I am trying to get a quick 30 minute full body workout in using all of the machines. They have a sign, but the people who should read it, don't. Today, which I thought was cool...a lady came in with her service dog and they both were on 2 treadmills. Does that dog know he has to wipe the machine clean when he's done?. :)

I just joined this week and am very satisfied! Staff has been wonderful, friendly, and happy to answer my questions. There is a wide variety of equiptment to choose from, and even during busy hours I never have to wait very long for the machine I want to use. I made the switch because of all the drama and excessive rules my apartment complex kept making about using their gym and I couldn't be happier. It's well worth the $10 a month.

My favorite place to go workout at any hour on any day. They are open 24/7 and not a lot of people here since the hype has gone down. I enjoy the new setup as they seem to have expanded their machine selections. Black card members have great perks. I can bring my friends and girlfriend to go tanning. They offer hydrotherapy massage machines in black card area. Showers and lockers in bathrooms. Great location. Absolutely live this gym.

This is a really nice planet fitness. Doesn't lack anything! All new equipment and usually a moderate crowd, but not over crowded! Friendly staff and clean facility! And everyone loves their full length mirrors!!

I wanted to take a moment and give someone the recognition they deserve. I had the pleasure of speaking with Austin Schusler and he was very helpful, kind, enthusiastic and offered exponential customer service. I express me concerns and what I wanted to achieve when going to the gym and he helped settle my nerves and got me all set up and ready to go. Speaking with Austin has been one of the best experiences I have had for a long time.
In addition to the enthusiasm and amazing customer service he offered, Austin continues to motivate me towards my healthier lifestyle, by sharing positive words of encouragement and checking in to make sure I am making the progress I want to be making.
If I was able to give him more than 5 stars, I would.

Hard to beat the price, and the place is pretty big. They do deal with machines breaking at times, and usually have them fixed within a day or two. Probably should study which cardio machines are needed in which amounts. More than likely, they might be able to reduce the numbers of some of these machines to make room for other machines that are in higher demand. Friendly staff!

The gym itself is pretty nice and lots of equip. My 2 problems have more to do with the other gym members. 1)if you are adult enough to use a tanning bed be adult enough to clean the bed behind yourself. Your mama ain't there so stop expecting someone else to clean up your sweaty butt crack juice. 2) I've never used a gym that had so many people decide to get on the treadmill right beside you. I go when it's dead and there will be an abundance of treadmills open but someone ALWAYS gets on one beside me. Drives me nuts and breaks my focus.

Bottled drinks and fountain filtered water are available with a nice refill station for even tall bottles.

Honestly, it was good for a time, but not allowing a way out of a contract for living to far away is bull. I used to work down the street but got let go in November and I let it draft out til now. Today they withdrew more after I had it stopped through my bank I am highly upset! The guy at the front desk was anything but helpful and wasn't the least bit apologetic....this honestly was the worst experience I have ever had! Your gym is nice but your people and billing suck!!!!

Great workout equipment, friendly atmosphere, helpful workers, clean atmosphere, cheap prices, free gifts, tanning and massage included. I'm able to bring guest for free. I've always loved planet fitness. Wouldn't go to any other gym. I also love a the purple accents it's my favorite color.

This gym is close to home and is my go to, they would be perfect if they had racks I stead of smith machines. Also very busy in the afternoon so plan to be flexible depending on what equipment is being used

I am a member and I love that is open 24/7 as I have late night hours work schedule. Very laid back, do your own thing place. No JUDGEMENT! Nice and friendly staff.

I LOVE planet fitness! They are always super nice and welcoming. I never feel awkward or out of place. They are open and staffed 24/7 which is fantastic for me with little ones at home, it allows me to go to the gym on my own time.

I love Planet Fitness; I have the Black Card which lets me go to other locations which I do all the time even out of state. I wish that they will make another location. The location is big; but for Tyler they have so many members that you are constantly having to wait for machines and weights to open up which can be the hassle. I have been to locations that had two stories and it made doing all the exercise routine effortless and less confined. Overall love it and the prices.

Great experience here at this gym! Always kept clean and staff is helpful. Austin in particular, this guy is probably the hardest working individual I've seen in a long time and consistently. Never stopping, cleaning windows to helping patrons. He is the first one who showed me around the gym. Always smiling too! I hope they pay him well, he deserves it.

Am pleased with the club overall ! The early morning staff , pre 6am, is awesome & they take care of business. The only thing keeping you from a 5 star review is the cleanliness is sometimes not what it should be. However when I bring it to attention of staff on duty they jump right on it. I think the older cleaning lady, Vicki I believe , does an excellent job & cares about her customers. Thanks !

I love my local Planet Fitness! It's clean, friendly, and upbeat but not obnoxious! The music choices are fun because they are up-and-coming artists. I like the Lone Bellow group. Kyler and his team are the best around! Lisa and Rod

I have been a member of this Planet Fitness almost since they opened a few years ago. I love the price and the facilities. The staff is friendly. A few of the weight machines could use a few more weights as I can lift (push, pull, whatever) the whole weight stack and I am not by any means a body builder. (46 year old white male..177 lbs.) The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the showers and the dressing areas across from them had water all over the floor. I understand the staff can't be everywhere all the time and it was most likely caused by some inconsiderate customers taking showers, tracking water all over the place, and not cleaning up after themselves.

They check you and for the most leave you alone unless you need help and then they are very friendly and helpful. It is quiet and relaxing. The music could use more variety but that is what headphones are for

Very clean and friendly environment. The employees are friendly and do an excellent job keeping the gym clean. The equipment is in good working condition with a good variety of machines, free weights, smith machines and cable machines, plenty of cardio activities available and many other options for all fitness levels. I have been to many Plant Fitness locations and this is the nicest one of many great locations I've visited. Great gym and great price, I have no complaints and would recommend this Planet Fitness location to anyone.

Will never deal with this club again....they tell u to upgrade to the black card but what they don't tell u is that u get into a contract even after u've been month to month.....i thot i was month to month meaning i would not be charged if i decide to leave the gym since i have been there for more than a year now bt after they told me to upgrade they got me into a contract without my knowledge n i ws forced to pay cancellation fee.....not good people....jst want to make money....hate them for that.

For me this is a great gym. For only $20 a month I can do unlimited workouts whenever I want, work on my tan, and use the massage bed and/or chair. Not only that I can utilize these benefits nationwide. For some that's not a selling point, I know. Last year, on a road trip, my sister and I were doing a lot of car camping; along with my niece and a family friend. We were in Florida, we are from Texas, all the truck stops we came across were filthy. So we found a PF and I was able to use my guest privilege to allow them to shower, one at a time of course.

Overall I have had a great experience so far, it would be nice for the fountain water to come out cold. Planet fitness will have peak times and I understand there are slow hours at the middle of the night and after 8 am to about 2pm. Their peak times really are peak times, benches, cable machines and smith machine racks are in high demand. Got to get in at the right moment to get to that equipment. Plenty of cardio machines.

So far, I have had an incredibly positive experience. The facility keeps up its "no judgment" motto and allows everyone to work out at their own pace. It's a great place to start your health and fitness journey!
