Brief summary, two employees mocked my autistic children. Now, on to the story. They have a dodgeball area, and two of my children were playing with other children. One of my guys is very upset, and I pulled him aside. He tells me that one child is hitting his little brother repeatedly in the face with balls. I look in the dodgeball area, and it is still happening. Now the little brother is very upset, crying, and face red from getting pegged so many times. All the while, an employee, who is supposed to make sure that the children are following the rules has just been standing there watching! As I walk by him a few minutes later, HE IS MOCKING MY CHILD'S UPSET REACTION TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. We went to talk to a manager and found there were no employees that looked like they could be out of their teens. The manager (maybe 19) apologized, but we will never be going back. The place is run by kids who don't care about yours.
