I've been going here for about 2 years and love the place! I've seen gains in flexibility, core strength, leg strength, and foot musculature. Plus tremendous mental benefits in terms of awareness and focus. Very convenient to most of Fort Sam's gates and mid town. The studio is 90ish degrees (though you can modify either way that by setting up under or away from the heating panels). The power yoga classes are kind of a combination of Vinyasa intensity with Iyengar attention to form. I use these for active recovery days or as workouts in themselves (and it is a workout!!). The yin yoga is more passive with a focus on giving your muscles a break. I use these as "rest days". The Rhythm and Repetition class is a great one for a workshop type experience. All the instructors are very knowledgable in their craft, circulate often during the class, and provide valuable cues. Options to scale the pose or amplify are presented, so you can always work as hard as you want/are able to, or '"find your edge".
