Worst money I have ever spent ! 5000.00 later and I look the same. Dr Sherry is a nice woman and she redid my procedures ( Thermi tight and threads )after I had no results. procedure is extremely painful and I was hesitant to do it again but she assured me she could fix it. My neck has more loose skin now than it ever had before, and my face looks exactly the same. 5000.00 thrown out the window. I regret ever doing this. Lesson learned
She listened and assessed my goals and needs. She went above and beyond to do a wonderful job. It is very rate to find a caring Doctor that treat her patients with kindness and professionalism.

I came here for Botox and Fillers and I am so happy that I did! Dr. Sherry really takes her time and she is a true artist, sculpting my cheeks and my lips just perfectly... better than any injector that I've been to before (and I've been to pretty much everyone in town). She is not the cheapest in town but she is the best... I will never go anywhere else! ps. Only Dr. Sherry performs the injections, not a PA or nurse assistant, and the clinic is beautiful and the whole staff is absolutely wonderful! I love Anew You! Highly recommended!
How in the hell do you charge my insurance 5000 DOLLARS when you quoted me 400??? This place is a scam!!
This place is great!! All the staff are friendly and patient. Dr. Sherry is the absolute best!! Got PDO thread facelift and she was so good. Took her time and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. Her assistant in the procedure was just as nice. Even had an escort to my car as I left spa after dark. Will be back!?
After paying for a hormone replacement pellet treatment. I was told from Dr. Sherry that all blood work and office visits would be covered. Walked in for my first follow up and was told I owed 2,000. I was shocked and explained that I already paid for the pellets. No office is going to let you have pellets injected in you for free! Then a couple of minutes later a lab assistant came out and inform me that the policy had changed and follow up appointments would cost 200.00 per visit. I felt scamed. I have these pellets in me now and a small ball on my butt were they were put in by Dr. Sherry. I told the lab assistant how I felt and all I was told is they can put me on a payment plan? They are more concerned with making your payment than your health. To make this matter even worse is that I paid out of pocket because my VA benefits do not cover this procedure. I am disabled veteran of the United States military.
Very disappointing company. I think they are very interested in getting your money but not so concerned with having happy clients. I spent $2,700 on a cool sculpting procedure but honestly, have received more friendliness, pampering & confidence from a $7.99 haircut at a discount hair salon!
I bought a $40 groupon over a year ago for B12 injections. While I was there, they did some blood work and billed my insurance for $20,000 or some ridiculous amount. I got billed by their lab 6 months later and after settling with them on an amount, I paid that bill. Today I received a bill (for the first time, when my appointment with this office was over a year ago) from a different lab for a different amount. This place is a scam, save your money and go somewhere else!!

I had purchased a facial Groupon and while I was there decided to have my blood work done. I tend to have panic attacks and warned the staff before my blood was drawn. They were so kind and understanding that my panic attack was quickly diffused. I even referred a friend to their establishment. I had my blood drawn on 2/28/2018 and was told it takes about two weeks for the results to come in and that they would call me to schedule an appointment. About a month later I decided to call and inquire about what happened, I was told that an MA would get back to me. No call. I called again the next day and was told the same thing and still no call. So, I called again near the end of the day and finally was able to get an appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 4/14/2018 at 2 pm. I received a call from them today asking to reschedule my appointment. At this point I'm very irritated with the situation and just want to see my results.
UPDATE: Dr. Sherry personally reached out to me and took the time to see me today and go over my results. You can tell that she genuinely cares about what she does and is very knowledgeable. First time here, used a Groupon for the two diamond-tip microderms. I arrived early to fill out a lot of paperwork so they are ready should I choose another procedure. The front desk staff was very sweet and professional, due to the time of my appointment I had my 11yr old daughter with me. She says the smoothie bar, fish tank, and place was really awesome! It was a very clean and beautifully designed environment with no pressure to purchase but they do inform you of what may be best for your needs. Joann did my procedure and explained the process (first time ever doing this) and made sure each area of my face was comfortable with the settings. There were areas of concern and she addressed them, so very professional yet the warmth of a friend just talking beauty. She recommend the doctor's input on certain areas which I knew would be better than the treatments I was currently receiving (I know my face) so I will be making future appointments. It was just a wonderful over all experience and it has been so long since my face has been this soft and with such a radiant glow. Can't wait to come back!
I went to Dr. Sherry in December to get my lips done and I absolutely love them. My friend Debbie recommended her to me and she did a fantastic job. I love the fullness and shape of my lips as to before. I have no regrets and glad I went to her instead of anyone else.

No one has called me to follow up. I Did a blood test for hormones and Dr. was away on vacation. I had to wait over a month for her and when my appointment came they canceled on me. After that never hear from them again.
Had laser hair removal done which i was promised my skin would lighten and hair would be gone by last treatment. My hair is still thick and front desk always cancelled my appts when i literally walked in but drove all the way from new Braunfels whole the front desk never knew anything and don't understand why customers are mad. Never spending money there again... terrible experience
I had better results waxing. I'm white skinned w dark hair. I was promised I wouldn't have any hair by the last treatment. Every single treatment my hair grew back normal as if nothing was ever done. I'd tell the laser lady and she wouldn't turn up the laser. I never even smelled hair burn. This is a scam so they can tell you that you need more treatments. I didn't even bother going to my last appt. Too far to drive for too much employee turnover and zero satisfying results. I just want my money back.
The best compliment is a referral! I have referred several of my friends here and they have referred several of their friends here! They even have a competition going to see who can refer the most people to Dr. Sherry because she does such a wonderful job..she really cares about her patients!
