Lenny trained my son who was 8 years old at the time, during the summer of '13. My son was leveraging the training to stay in shape and to prepare for tackle football. Initially, we questioned if the training was too advanced for him since he was working out with High School athletes, however, Lenny did a great job getting him acclimated. Lenny focused on the fundamentals and as the training progressed, he introduced my son to some advanced drills. My son did not partake in any weight-lifting, the workouts focused primarily around speed, agility and explosiveness. Since then, I have seen a significant improvement in my sons leg & core strength, balance, footwork and mental toughness. I highly recommend the training for those 8 and older. We plan on putting my son through the training in the offseason again.
