The owners of this place really care about the kids! If your child is ready to try gymnastics, bring them here... the children really seem to love the classes and the coaches...
What a great group of people and facility!!! They focus on growing the child, not just the athlete.
We have been there over 1 month and so far the feeling for this place is blah. First off, the customer service at the front desk is awful!! When you approach the desk, they don't even get up from their desks unless you ask them to. They expect you to speak loud enough (with all the background noise) so they don't have to get up. Folks, this is the front desk - it should be the where you SET THE standards for great customer service. Get up and greet your customers with a SMILE on your faces!! Remember first impressions make all the difference and the customers are the reason you are getting paid. Second, regarding class absences, people don't intentionally want to miss a class. Life happens, so please more flexible. Remember, Happy customers = MORE customers. As for the coaches, we are happy, so no complaints here.
It's a great place to learn gymnastics
Price was ok, coaches were decent but the class schedule wasn't that flexible and they close down quite a bit. I decided to leave beacuse we missed some session because my daughter was sick. When I took her back they were going to charge me a late fee and they were going to shut down for spring break. After that I decided I would look for another gym.

My kids went there for over six months, both classes and parent nights out. The classes were fine. One night at parents night out, we picked our oldest up and discovered he had a bloody tongue, while our youngest was sobbing. Accidents happen, but the coach in charge didn't tell us anything had happened, and when asked why our kids was bleeding he was very dismissive. I emailed the school explaining the situation and withdrawing my kids from classes, and in response got a generic message the days later asking how my son was doing, then another call a week later saying they missed us and asking when we'd be back. Accidents and mistakes happen, and if they're handled with accountability and ownership I'm forgiving. This situation wasn't, so I'm not.
I think the owners have good intentions and seem like nice people, but the accountability and maturity their staff demonstrated was terrible.

The gym smells strongly of feet and it is extremely small. The floor has no bounce to it and all their equitment is very old. The gym does have some perks like their pit and their open gym but overall I would not recomend this gym.
Nice little spot for children to workout, very convenient location and seems to do the job, do not expect a lot.
My daughter has been attending San Antonio gymnastics for about 3 months, and I have been extremely unhappy with their services. I was introduced to one coach when she first started and right after her second class she had a new coach which I consider extremely rude, because he never took the time to introduce himself as her " new coach" As a parent, I want to know what kind of person is training my child. Not only do they have horrible customer service, the gym reeks like mold. I won't ever recommend this gym to anyone. I actually found several other gyms that look a lot nicer and a lot cheaper here in San Antonio with great reviews.
We are pleased with the facilities over here. Nice instructor, free wifi, clean rest room, friendly staff. My daughter has spend just 6 months and she was promoted to level 2. Good instruments. I would say please try this place and you might feel as happy as I do feel with this place :-)
I went here when i was younger it was fun i loved it i miss everyone so much
