I tried the free trial for kickboxing. Thank the Lord it was free. The owner basically threw a waiver at me and said sign this. The floor and equipment was filthy. The 'jazzy music' they promised pretty much is an old CD player that plays only AC/DC. The class has very little structure to it. AFter the class was over the owner didnt even ask me how I liked his class. He basically disappeared. It signed up for the week trial but I dont see myself going back there ever. Would not recommend it.
