Worst planet fitness world wide! Ive never had so much trouble getting a hold of another gym as much as i do this one. They never answer their phones and i had one of their members at my gym telling me he can never get ahold of them so i tried and he was absolutely right it rings then ends up to voice mail every time..but its all good because we will be getting corporate to investigate more into this

This facility is totally judgement free! Body shames are not allowed here and everyone is free to do their best and what their body can handle! The staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful to newbies like me!

I first and foremost enjoy planet fitness due to the friendly nature of the staff. They are always so attentive and nice when I visit the gym. The fact that everyone can find fun in working out there is also wonderful, because if you're like me, you don't like working out in front of people for fear of judgement. I have zero feelings like that at PF. I've been a member for 2 years now, and will continue to enjoy time there!
**The ONLY downside is that there closed unexpected for a couple of weeks, and did not accommodate members in any form other than a corporate email "inviting" me to drive to midland or abilene, which I cannot and would not do. However, this is corporate, not our local employees, therefore I still have nothing but good things to say bout SAN ANGELO gym**

Planet Fitness offers a warm and encouraging atmosphere to attain your fitness goals for people of all shapes and sizes. It truly is a judgement free zone! Everyone is kind and uplifting including the patrons. A warm and respectful place to workout where the equipment and facility is always clean!

The gym is very clean, the staff is friendly, there is a large selection of equipment, the equipment is in good working condition. Every one minds their own business. The locker rooms are nice and clean. Highly recommended!

The staff is very friendly and helpful and always there when something is needed. Not to mention the gym and amenities are always clean. Very happy with this membership!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Hardly had time to use my membership so I decided to cancel. Go in and cancel and I'm charged early cancellation fee. Cool, whatever. But then I was still billed for the next month. When I called there were only excuses as to why they couldn't retract the fraudulent charge

Great environment and really nice staff! Equipment is sufficient for vigorous workouts, and the snacks are a bonus! I really enjoy every workout!

Very low selection of equipment. And if you plan on actually working up a sweat, just remember, no grunting. It will get you kicked out.

This gym is great for basic beginners for working out. They have a ton of cardio machines, a dedicated ab workout room, a dedicated 30 minute workout room, and a stretch area. Not a ton, but decent amount of machines in the middle. A small free weight area that is only 60lbs or less, a few cable machines, and a few free weight racks. They have a "spa" that has tanning and massaging. The gym is usually always clean, locker rooms are nice, showers for the most part we're clean but they let it get away a few times. They lack classes, a pool, saunas, and anything over 60 lbs. It was a great gym for me for cardio but that's about it.

Friendly, friendly, friendly. Clean, clean, clean. Staff is helpful and patrons are non-judgemetal. I've seen people of all fitness levels and abilities here.

They've created a gym environment for people who want to feel good about going to a gym, but don't actually want to work out. It's clean, cool, and great if you don't already have a treadmill at home. Stangly, I've been to Planet Fitness gyms all over the U.S. and this one is the only "old lady" version I've come across.

I love the facilities. But when you advertise a dress code you need to enforce that dress code. I go to the gym 3 times a week and at least 2 of those visits I see girls wearing little to nothing but a sports bra. One time ther was someone only wearing a sports bra no cover up. The dress code is a huge reason I joined Planet Fitness. Please start enforcing the dress code!!!
