I've been coming to 9Round in Round Rock for about 6 weeks now and I love it. I've even had one friend join already, that's how much I'm talking up my experience. I love that I get a GREAT workout, a total body workout in just 30 minutes. I also like that there are no class times. So if I hit the snooze, I can jump in and get started when I get there.I really do appreciate having the trainers there. Since I come early in the morning, I'm usually working with Kira. When I felt like I was getting the results I needed, she gave me very specific instructions to step up my workout. She's helped me to understand the different types of punches, which has improved my workout and results. Kira also pushes me, which I love! When I don't think I have it in me, she tells me that I can do it!Even in this short amount of time, I'm already seeing definition in my arms and shoulders. The jiggle in my triceps is going away. If I had to give advice to someone new to 9Rounds, I would say: 1. Push yourself to work hard. 2. Ask questions if you don't feel like you're doing it right. 3. Drink lots of water and stretch. This has been a good companion workout to my running, but my muscles are tight! My trigger point roller is my best friend!
