After 102 classes, I'd call this an addiction. I started off slowly and apprehensively and eventually I found myself not wanting to miss a class (I think they call that FOMO).
This is the most positive, fun, and supportive workout environment I've ever been to. When they say you are part of the Love Barre family, it's no joke. You start to want to be there. If you're not there, you miss the catching up and chit chat before class. You miss finding out about the latest episode of Game of Thrones, even if you've never seen an episode. And you miss the greatest workout challenges you've ever had!
During my first week, I tried every instructor. I refuse to say I have favorites! But each instructor gives you a different kind of life. I instantly loved Taylor for her free spirit and positive outlook on life; she makes you want the booty workout. Kristen is so sweet and kind hearted and helped me work on my form. Ann, Aly, and Judy make you sweat and get your blood pumping. Dilan, the newest instructor, is fabulous too; I've only done part of get classes while she was training, but I know I'll be in good hands with her too.
The barre bounce classes are fun, but make me feel strange and awkward; I'm a bad bouncer! But neither Kristen, nor Aly will say that. They are nothing but encouraging and supportive of you no matter where you are in your fitness journey. So I keep going back hoping to improve.
Every class is different; you never learn a routine and get used to it. Therefore, you work parts of the body you never knew you had!
Not only that, but they have super fun special classes and challenges that help keep you motivated so matter how lazy you feel!
I've been coming to Love Barre for nearly six months now and I can't see myself not being here. It's not just the instructors, but the other ladies too. There's just so much positive energy every time, I honestly love it!
