SICFIT Round Rock isn't just a place to go and "workout". The instructors at the gym really focus more on your over all health rather than how many reps you can do. Great place to get in shape, get great advice on a compete healthy lifestyle and a place to have support and motivation from everyone. The instructors will not BS you. They will definitely push you but will make sure you are not at risk of compromising quality or injuring yourself. They keep classes pretty small which really gives you the feeling of almost an exclusive class. Great place, I highly recommend it.
