Very bad experience.
1. the first time I stepped in, these is a salesman told me I can have a free guest pass as long as my membership. And the next day, I went to sign, a manager said 'that's wrong! just a three month free guest pass'
FINE, THE FIRST TIME, I FORGIVE YOU.
2. After new membership sign in. there is a free personal training session. (be careful, here!) The personal training salesman(JOEY) talked with me "if you join personal training $260/month for 4 sessions, you can have 8 sessions for free, and you can use them anytime." Wooo, sounds good! I calculated "if I have 2 months, there will be 16 sessions, for $520. that's a great deal" OK, I signed.
BUT......after several weeks, my friend told me, your personal training contract is 12 month, and if you want to cancel it, you have to pay half of the rest months. And I found I can not book my sessions on app now(after 5 sessions used). I need to talk with Joey.
He replied me "you signed the 12 month contract, you can not cancel it. And the bonus sessions are open to you month by month" WHAT!!!!! I tied to control my temper and politely ask him"Is there anything I can do to cancel it?" He said "NO!" with a 'smile' .
Things never end!! I will try my best to get my right back!
