Some of these trainers have no gym respect. If someone is doing a superset dont jump in the way and take my bench...at least ask if I'm done using it, so rude.
Very clean, very friendly, all the equipment you would need. I usually go around 8AM and everything is open and ready to use. Would recommend.
I am so glad I consulted with Will, a Personal Trainer at this 24 Hour Fitness. I had frequent back pain when I first joined the club and Will told me what exercises to do for that. I did what he said and no longer have pain in my back! Will is an excellent Personal Trainer. The club itself is just fine (I have no complaints), but Personal Trainer Will deserves 5 stars!
Inexpensive and functional. Lacking some amenities, plain decor. Clean.

I usually always visit this location during the lunch hour. A decent size crowd but it is not overly congested at all. This is one of the few locations that actually provides towels to members. The facility and the locker rooms are kept very clean although the men's shower facility is a bit dated but still OK

I came to this 24 to wait out traffic. The staff were extremely friendly and the gym goers were not disruptive. Main critique - they are in dire need of newer cable machines and other equipment.

Functional fitness area downstairs has a lot to offer. Pullup rig, four racks for squat/etc., soft plyoboxes, tire for flipping, sleds. Always can get an efficient training in here, though it can be crowded at certain times of the day ( normal gym inconvenience).

Very clean gym, pool, locker rooms. Friendly staff. Would be nice if the spin bikes included a bike computer to show speed/cadence/distance.
Nice gym. Just moved over here. Big improvement over most 24 hour fitness. Weird hours though. They are not open 24 hours.
Compared to the 24 in Addison this gym is maintained well.
I also liked that they have a turf to work on. Sauna, pool area and restrooms are clean when I went in.
Good customer service
If your diabetic, this is where to go. The trainers there are very informative. They have two swim classes one by Michelle and hers is more aerobic, fun. But the one who can rock your world is Liz. She works you hard and waatches your moves and corrects them without embarrassing any one. She challenges those who need it and can accept it. All together fun club, locker room needs a little more attedence, but that's to be expected, as most mom's stopped picking up after their kids years ago.
I come to swim almost every day and the staff is friendly and the free towel service is a nice plus. When the spa is working its very relaxing after a long workout. I have been a member for 6 years and can rwcommend this gym bwcause its staff are wonderful!
I workout here every morning, and have been a member for about 9 months. The only bright spot I can think of for this gym is that the staff is very personable and welcoming. Other than the staff this place is a dump straight out of the 80's. We are currently on our 4th straight day of no hot water with temps in the mid teens outside. If any peice of equipment breaks you should be ready for it to take at least 3 months to be fixed (let's hope this isn't the case for the water heater). Yes this gym offers towel service, but to be quite honest I wish they would save the money and reinvest it into updating the gym. All this and the average membership is $40 a month, oh and don't forget the annual fee of $60...... beginning to feel ripped off at this point. Conclusion, only come to this gym if you absolutely have too and if you do be ready for a freezing shower!
Always a good place to find a sauna or a hot tub. They have also converted their old kids area to be more of a cross fit arena. It has definitely become one of my favorite 25 hour locations. They also provide towel service here complementary
I've gone to this gym for 4 months now and I really appreciate their free towel service compared to other 24hrs in the area. The staff members are very interactive and helpful if you ever have a question. They recently closed the locker room for a day to deep clean too. Loving the free 30 minute personal training sessions, steam & sauna rooms and swimming pool & hot tub. I gotta agree with the other reviewer though, sometimes there will be old men walking around watching you work out and talk to you. This place opens late and closes early on the weekends.
Half the equipment seems to be either out of order or just plain unusable. The staff... well they just seem to be "there", in that they rarely even acknowledge anyone there. All of this would be excusable because, if we're being honest, it's a 24 Hour Fitness, EXCEPT IT ISN'T OPEN 24 HOURS. Makes zero sense. Don't waste your time and money here.
If you're a 24 hr member you understand the hrs which im fine with. Personally instead of renovating the bottom floor and adding a turf, i would of replaced the cable machines on the second floor. Weights often get left out by members (not holding it against staff) and it gets pretty annoying to be trying to track down weights to get your session in. Towels have been available 90% of the time, I've used the locker room twice and it wasn't bad, haven't tried the classes so I cant have an opinion there. Overall its a fair gym for the price, it just hasn't been up kept very well definitely would like to see broken equipment replaced vs repaired with bandaids.
Horrible customer service. I had joined this gym and entered into a fixed contract only for the summer and paid that fixed cost. After only a month they had charged me an extra $40 and will not reimburse me even after I had paid for the next 3 months of membership. Not to mention, I had spoken with the manager who said they would get back to me asap, and that never happened. All of this aside, the equipment is old and low in weight inventory, the gym and its locker rooms are almost always dirty, and one day while I was benching I was interrupted with what seemed to be water leaking from the roof tiles. Only thing I loved about this gym was the new turf facility. Overall, worst experience in my years of gym memberships. Do yourself a favor and look into another gym in the area!
Terrible Manger that was completely rude to me. It took everything in me to hold from causing a altercation. Plus this gym is old and smells.
Equipment is very old. Employees don't care about you whatsoever. "manager is never there or available" tried getting a hold of him for about 2 months lol. They also charged me an annual fee after specifically promising me they would not. Just FYI they are not always 24 hrs.
The renovation of the club is very nice. I have to give it to 24 hour fitness, they really made this club up to date. Next time I go I will take pictures and post.
