This gym is AWESOME!! Best equipment with access 24 hours a day. I have never trained in a gym that was so clean & sanitary!!. I'm not sure why a couple of people seem to be having issues getting out of a contract.... more

Beware! My daughters attended Reflex for 3 years and we never had any problems. When they were 8, they started a more intense class. They came to me crying after a class because the coach had pushed them down into their splits telling them to "feel the pain".... more

Me and my girlfriend have been here for 3 Months. Overcrowded from 4-6pm. 3 squat racks, and 5 benches. This location needs more of both. Not enough dumb bells as it becomes hard to find what you need, 25-40lb range are usually always missing.... more
