Good experience for first time visitor. I was not, overall experience was good and gym was clean and not overcrowded.
Fernando is a great motivator, highly educated and gets you the results you need. Luckily he's also a sports medicine chiropractor to help you when you need some body work done. Highly recommend this gym!

The coaching is great. The mixture of gymnastics and weights is perfect. The members that go there are friendly and helpful. This is a great place to get in shape with knowledgeable coaching and positive attitudes.

The WODS are always well planned and the staff is always available to answer any questions from nutrition to lifting and everything in between.
