Very disappointed in this gym, manager, and overall environment. Unwelcoming and unprofessional staff, specifically the general manager. I asked about cancelling my membership and was informed that the only two ways to get out of my contract would be if I moved away or if I recently experienced a severe injury or was diagnosed with an illness impacting my ability to work out. I stated my disappointments and he did not appear concerned at all. He recommended I speak to the billing third party company to get out of my contract. Really??? The billing company makes the rules regarding cancellations? I asked where in the contract does it state those specific requirements to dismiss my contract and he could not point out in the Terms of Agreement and had to quietly read the fine print in front of me. Being a general manager and not being aware of all aspects of your business does not make me feel confident in their professionalism and readiness to manage a business. I would highly recommend to look elsewhere for your fitness needs. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. Have a wonderful day!
