Terrible. Ultimately caused a divorce thanks Justin Sowards my kids can now enjoy the broken home experience. Hope the piece that was my wife was worth it.

This gym is HUGE! The facility is impressive to say the least. Bad news, this place is mismanaged on a level that will make you sick. If you want a visual example look at the pool.
Very disappointed in this gym, manager, and overall environment. Unwelcoming and unprofessional staff, specifically the general manager. I asked about cancelling my membership and was informed that the only two ways to get out of my contract would be if I moved away or if I recently experienced a severe injury or was diagnosed with an illness impacting my ability to work out. I stated my disappointments and he did not appear concerned at all. He recommended I speak to the billing third party company to get out of my contract. Really??? The billing company makes the rules regarding cancellations? I asked where in the contract does it state those specific requirements to dismiss my contract and he could not point out in the Terms of Agreement and had to quietly read the fine print in front of me. Being a general manager and not being aware of all aspects of your business does not make me feel confident in their professionalism and readiness to manage a business. Are you looking for a gym with great management that cares about its customers? Keep looking. Are you looking for a gym that takes care of their equipment and keeps their steam room, jacuzzi, and sauna working? Keep looking. Do you want a gym that's a good value for the money? Keep looking. This isn't the place for you. It's not crowded. (I wonder why) There is nothing spectacular about this place other than the high prices. Go elsewhere.
