This place always is not cleaned, nasty pool area, mold many areas, workers always are talking and never are pending of the place or guests... really paid for services but receive less than 10 dollars of this. No need $38.00 for this...

Fantastic place clean the showers and changing rooms are great and clean the pool is well maintained can't complain about anything there

I have been a member for a long time. The membership has changed drastically. The facility is okay, but the women's locker room is HORRIBLE! I'm not sure what the female members do in their homes... because the restrooms are disgusting. The stalls are littered with used toilet paper, feminine hygiene products, and anything else that makes a restroom nasty. I will continue using this gym because it is convenient and has a pool. I would greatly appreciate it if the facility would pay more attention to the locker rooms and restrooms. Thank you!

Can be a great gym and move back to the Competitive to Rival the other Gym in the Area...a List of things that should take place effectively..UpDate that Dirty Carpet Upstairs.. Update All the Bicyles Upstairs, Clean that black Mold out the Showers.. Paint the Area where the inside Pool is located.. Update the Water Fountain in the Pool Area.. These Suggestions would be A great start in maintaining your customer base and Not allowing your customer to jump ship and going to the other 5 gyms near by.

Run from this Horror Show. They want your money...all of it. Attempted to inquire about an upgrade. In the interest of full disclosure an honesty, I was granted this sites access once prior. I am a long time 24 Hour Fitness member / Sports Membership. Alex at the front desk said "you've been here before so it's 25.00's today". I asked to speak with corporate. They pointed me to the table / workstation specified for this. They have a station, for unhappy customers with an 800 number and a phone. The manager offered no assistance. A very nice trainer helped. Helped meaning manager gave me the wrong number. Alex, is the "manager". No smile....no upgrade offer. Nothing. The reason he has a job, location. This is by default the best facility in the area. I will not walk into the facility again. The staff does not smile. There is a walking dead atmosphere. When I dd speak with customer service on the phone they were very friendly and helpful. They kept repeating...the decision to allow you to workout is the "managers discretion". The manager while I was on the phone got another sales rep, went behind a pillar then returned and they both stared. I stared back...they went back to their marketing desks. In my decades as a member, and fellow employee of 24 Hour Fitness myself, I never thought someone with zero ability to help in any way, would be allowed to work for this morgue. Again, owners do not care. Membership is high. By location and default.

great facility is a little pricey, but locker rooms and restrooms are always clean, theres lots machines to work out, always clean towels and enough showers to use.

I love this gym. The attention is great, the staff always try to help you. The machines are in perfect condition, the pool and sauna always clean. Thanks Alex for helping us to be members of the gym.

Excellent area for the latest work out equipment with pool for swimming laps. Also has an excellent program to entertain the kids while working out.

For the price your paying I think it's not bad. Everything is clean and staff is nice. People here are mostly old people lol but they are cool . U can go to other gyms for 10 bucks but you will have to wait your turn to use equipment and no towels there oh and no shampoo either. U get where this is going? Lol yea 40 bucks is nothing .

This is a great facility with all the fitness equipment for a great workout. The cycling classes by Marti have changed my body shape and weight. Highly recommend these classes to everyone.
The only drawback to the facility is the outdoor lounging area needs to be open year round to get our and enjoy the sun.

This location offers all the stuff you want, but it's been through a bunch of management changes over just the last year. The members don't take care of it, and the staff are friendly, but also give off the sense that they can't be bothered with things.
Also, it's a relatively safe location during the day on weekends, but break-ins and other shady dealings happen frequently in and around its parking lot.

Very nice and clean. Friendly staff, especially Lee. I feel safe at night when Lee is working. Warm towels. Courteous patrons overall. Guest lockers and ample parking.

I do not recommend my family, friends, Veterans, and motorcycle riders to even consider coming here. I've never been treated this bad for being a Veteran and a motorcycle rider. I've received no respect or the courtesy for when i was reporting the parking lot problem. When other cars and trucks would park so close to my motorcycle in the motorcycle parking spaces that the gym provides. The bad part about this is that I would always riding my motorcycle to the gym, everyday. So this was becoming a problem for me daily. The staff did nothing but say "yeah we know". They fully know who i was, being a gym regular or a "gym rat" and even then nothing was done. Even though there were several times i would see the drivers either parking their vehicle in the motorcycle parking lot or about to leave. I would kindly ask why would they park here in the motorcycle parking lot with their car. They would say "no body is going to do anything about it since the gym(24hr fitness) doesn't care" and would threaten me to go and park somewhere else because my bike was to close to their vehicle.
Again I've informed the staff and the supervisors of the gym and nothing happened.
By this experience had to be the worst experience I've had from a gym.
So again I'll say this to my FAMILY, FRIENDS, VETERANS, AND MOTORCYCLE RIDERS!!!!
TO AVOID THIS GYM AND CCORPORATION overall.
