Very dirty. Floors wet and sticky. There was chicken wing bones and empty bags of chips in the toddler play area. The whole place smelled horrible and instead of cleaning there was kids walking around spraying febreeze. The bathroom smelled discusting and this was after they were cleaned right before closing. The problem with this trampoline park is that it is ran by very young irresponsible teenagers. I observed a girl clean the toddler area. She walked in with Clorox wipes and some spray. All she did was spray a little then walked out. Did not even open the wipes. The slides had some sticky film and nothing was done to clean them.
Nice place that looks clean, but smells like a well used gym. I have taken my kids to several trampoline parks, but this is the only one I have ever walked into and thought of a boxing gym the moment I entered. This is the only reason it receivedb4 out of 5 stars. Staff was nice and the party rooms and areas were plentiful. My kiddo had a great time and loved the private dodge ball session with just the party goers. The sign on the building is in small letters. I watched several people drive by and have to turn around and come back.
My grandchildren had a great time at this park. Nice playing areas to choose from. Some of the staff can use more training with working with children.
Some of the staff were clearly not happy to be at work and didn't pay attention when someone was at the desk. An older boy hit my son in the face intentionally with a ball and his parents were nowhere to be found so be careful with your little children if they play in an area of older kids. The place was clean. My son and I had a great time.
Great place for a birthday party! All of the staff was extremely accommodating. Cody B. was our party host and he was EXCELLENT! Cody went above and beyond for all of our needs. He took care of everything and made the whole experience smooth and fun for everyone. Would def recommend.
My 3 year old daughter and her friends had so much fun. The staff (Kristian and Katie) were absolutely phenomenal! I would suggest this for kids young and old. The birthday party packages are very affordable and convenient!

Loved it! It was our first time the one where we are doesn't open till after we already left the states so we went to this one since we were in the area and had so much fun. Definitely recommend it to anyone it's fun for all ages. Clean and friendly staff.

This week the Boys & Girls Clubs of Arlington came to Urban Air and had a incredible time. The staff was so friendly and the facility was clean. Our members enjoyed the new attractions. They were so accommodating we brought 150 kids this week at a very resonable rate. Thank you Urban for making our last trip of the sumner so enjoyable, memorable and fun.
I took my two kids here today and they a blast. The place is clean and I didn't smell any bad smells. I happened to meet the area manager, Chelsea, and talked with her for a few minutes. She seems to really care about the environment and the customer satisfaction, and really wants everyone to have a great experience. We'll be back.
Kristian and the employees worked very hard to accommodate our needs when attending the park. The staff made sure that the park remained clean so that we could have a fun and enjoyable time. We will be recommending this park to my friends and family!
My family and I had a blast. ANTONIO was a rock star employee and pointed me towards max savings by getting the summer booklet. Able to get us all five of us in for half the price. Tons to do for my family. Very safe and an absolute blast!
Lots of fun and great value for what you get, everything was entertaining and the kids had a blast.
It wasn't too busy but the staff were very helpful and everything was clean. All the activities made it the best trampoline Park we have been to.
Ashley F was our party host and was awesome. We had a party for 4 & 5 year olds , early morning was a good time so they didn't get run over and they were very accommodating. Only thing is we had to help quite a bit when little got stuck in the ball pit so fair warning you might have to have a search and rescue.
I have a private event for special needs students at the Mansfield location and the staff could not have been more amazing. They were very patient with the students. a special thank you to Adrian for bearing with me checking all our 200 students and staff into the facility. I would also like to thank the young lady that helped translate for me and Seth for keeping the students safe while they were climbing the rock wall.
My daughter recently had a birthday party at the Mansfield location on May 12. Let me tell you it was a blast for the kiddos as well as the parents. I had the ultimate package w/ party room. My party host Shannon J. was amazing.!! She was very attentive and any questions or wants we had she met them.! I learned it was her first party, and I wanted to let URBAN AIR OF MANSFIELD know she did great.
The whole process was stress free. I even was able to enjoy my daughter birthday with her, without having to worry about everything being handled. Thank You URBAN AIR OF MANSFIELD.! We'll be back and thank you for everything Shannon J.!
My 8 year old son celebrated his 8th birthday here yesterday. Our party host Cody was awesome. He took care of all our needs promptly and went above and beyond ensuring we a had a stress free good party. Thanks Cody, The Roberson Family
Madison W. Was the host for my daughter's birthday party. She was extremely attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend people ask for her. The park was clean and well run. We will be back.
I've been here twice, and they've both been great. They've added some new stuff in the past year, and they're welcome additions, my church group loved them. We had a blast. The only issue (and this is the case with all trampoline parks and bounce house parks I've seen) is that there could be more supervision; but 98% of the time, the kids police themselves well regarding lines/queues and sharing the different pieces of equipment.
My kids loved it here. Booked their birthday party. The staff was great. How host Gaby s. Went above and beyond to make it a great experience.

This place is very well kept, clean and organized for the amount of guests it attracts.

The pricing was decent and the customer service was wonderful they really try to make sure you leave happy. There is plenty to do here from rock climbing, dodgeball,regular jumping areas, zip line, obstacle courses,a virtual reality area, a foam pit and kid designed areas with slides and such like mcdonalds. They serve food here as well and also sell souvenirs. The keep it's really clean here and the restrooms are clean as well they have a women, men and family bathroom and cubicles to put your stuff as well as many sitting areas and massage chairs. It really is fun for all ages. I bring my kids here as often as I can because we always have loads of fun.
Horrible birthday party experience. Smells badly, poor ventilation. Fun for the kids. Not enough seating for parents where they can supervise activity. UPDATE 12/2017: facility has been remodeled in places. Appreciate more seating options for parents. Also was impressed with the variety of new activities. As always the kids love this place AND it still reeks of sweat and feet.
My son had a great time during our visit. It wasn't that crowded and the lines were not long at all. HOWEVER, I did NOT like the fact that children and adults were allowed to be on the equipment without socks on. We have been required to wear socks at any other Trampoline Park that we've been to, why not this one? That practice is extremely unsanitary and is a breeding ground for bacteria. Your location should REQUIRE all participants to wear socks! The unclean practice is why I decided to go with 3 starts. Other than that, I was impressed with the amount of activities that the facility had to offer.
Staff was friendly and helpful. We celebrated my nephew's birthday and the staff went above and beyond to made sure all the guests were directed to the designated area. Combo Meals for the kids were served warm, nice size portions and they really enjoyed the food. Kids had a blast specially with the trampolines, Ropes Course and Climbing Walls! Place was clean and there is hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes available to use. Bathrooms were clean. Highly recommend it!
We went yesterday for their toddler jump time, and it was a miserable experience. The kid working the floor was on our case every time we turned around. I completely understand the safety side of his job, but every child had adult supervision. Most of his "rules" weren't even listed on the many ( MANY) signs hanging. I'm sure in a normal setting with older kids and a larger crowd, the need for him to interfere is higher, but these were just little kids playing safely with their parents. With the extra annoyance of his orders and the increase in price I doubt we will be back. Such a bummer, we used to love playing there! We even drove from AZLE to play!
Great for kids. Better if with a party. But if you come as a family, not so good. Service was slow, staff supervision at each station was bare to none. Flight deck did a better job. Granted, urban air has more to offer though.
Where do I start? I made a poor decision to have my daughter's birthday party at Urban Air Mansfield. We got there to be informed that I had no table or hostess listed but they'd check on it. I stood there with my things and party goers in tow for 15 minutes. Once seated it started well. Our party host was polite, bubbly and helpful. It' was about 30 minutes in that it got bad. My daughter and her friends we're jumping by the foam pit and they were approached by three girls approximate age was between 12 and 14. They told them to move then started cussing at the smaller girls pushing them and then one of the girls actually punched one of our partygoers in the shoulder. Needless to say my daughter and her friends are between the ages of 10 and 11. I know all of this because there were two of the mothers who witnessed it all and we're already speaking to a manager and another employee when I was called over. The person that was supposed to be the manager never said one word to me. The girl that worked there was actually arguing with the mothers and was very rude. Come to find out the girls that were cussing and hitting we're family to the girl that was yelling at the mothers. This all got bad very quickly. I told the manager I would like for the girls who did it to be removed and he would barely make eye contact with me. I try to calm the other mothers down and we went on with the party. About 15 minutes went by and the mother to the little girl who was hit, was still visibly upset. The manager, never came back to us so I walk up front to talk to him. He could barely look me in the eye and had barely two sentences to say. He said he told those girls to leave and that my "party host" who's 17 was supposed to tell me that. I asked him for his managers name so I could contact him, he came back with a first name email. After writing this gentleman and hear nothing back. I look up front and I see that he is sitting in front of a computer with about six kids standing around them. My party host told me that he should me operation managers phone number because he had just gotten off the phone with Him. So I walk up to get the number instead of email and he's looking at video footage On the computer right up front where everyone can see it. There are 6 other teenage employees standing over his shoulder watching the surveillance videos as well. One of them actually running her hands through his hair. Now remember this is a grown man and these are young teenagers. This was the strangest and weirdest situation I've ever seen. I was irritated, not going to lie, I believe any parent would've been. I asked him to please give me the phone number , He refused. And then I asked him to call the manager on his phone and he proceeded to tell me that was impossible because this is Dennis person never answered. I then told him that was a lie because our party host said he had just been on the phone with him earlier. The employee who smarted off to the other mothers jumps in and says "Hey lady he's trying to watch the video from earlier. " I looked at her and told her to please keep her mouth shut then I looked at him and said do you not find this at all odd? "He finally looks me in the eye and says hey you can't talk to her like that." Then tells me that he is going to call the police and have me escorted out. You have to understand there are other parents here and lots of witnesses, I can promise you I was never Irate, I never cussed, all I wanted to do was get this settled. I left and had to leave my daughters party 20 minutes before it was over all because the manager couldn't step away from his teenage friends to handle a serious assault issue. I'm appalled, I'm embarrassed, and I would never ever recommend anyone going to this place until there has been a complete overhaul of staff. One more thing, after I leave he sends over a teenage employee to ask my older daughter , who had to stay and finish everything, if I was going to pay for the rest of the party? Seriously? This place is a joke.
My kids really enjoyed it, but don't expect to be able to order food if you're not part of a party. We tried to order food from the cafe and they told us we couldn't order food from the advertised menu because it would take too long and the parties come first. The "manager" is very young and so are the other associates and it seems like a lot of them don't know what they're doing. Aside from that, my kids had a good time. I probably won't come back though. There are plenty of other trampoline parks in the area we can go to.
