PBT is the best training program me and my wife joined. The trainers (Amy, Levi, Rachel, Minal, Andrea & others) are very friendly and very dedicated.
They constantly motivate and help you in reaching your goals. The class schedules are very flexible with a decent class size.
The routines are very exciting and constantly challenge you. Kick boxing sessions are my favourtie.
The nutriton workshops also help you in watching your diet and eating balanced food.
During my first 10 weeks, my BMI, cholestrol levels went down and my enduracen has improved a lot.
I am gald I joined PBT.
