This place is great for all levels of fitness. They really explain everything to prevent any injuries. I definitely recommend this place to anyone even curious to start Pilates.
$199 a month and not 1 instructor is Club Pilates certified, yet that is what they advertise and brochures clearly state. Talk about feeling duped. Legit? i have my reservations
