Terrible customer service. I've been trying to get a membership with this gym solely because I could have 24/7 access, which is important due to my crazy schedule. I called 10 times during business hours the past 3 days to ask if a staff member would be available for me to drive there and register (I didn't want to waste a trip if an employee was not available). Out of the 10 times I called the past few days, only once was the phone answered. The manager said they would not be staffed that same day, but they would have an employee available 10am-7pm the following two days to help me register.
Low and behold no one was available the following day. I called again and no one answered the phone. I waited until the next day. Again, nobody answered the phone. I thought to myself, well I'll just go see if someone is available. I decided to drive to the gym. I saw the manager bringing in towels and I told him I would like to register for a membership. He replied, "I'm only bringing in towels today and the office is closed. You can come back tomorrow."
Not only was I lied to about employees being available to help me register, but I even ran into the manager on a day he said I could register and he STILL wasn't able to help me.
This is the worst customer service at a gym I have ever seen, and the 24/7 access is NOT worth the hassle. I found a gym further from home and it is totally worth it to give a different gym my business. I was very displeased with the service, and I will never be returning to this anytime fitness.
If you value good service, there are better gym options out there.
