I showed up at my scheduled time and he had given it to another person because I didn't want to renew my contract. He is very biased and political and makes disparaging remarks about women with regards to womans issues. Bring a headset if you don't want to listen. I did have results working out but he plays favorites for scheduling. I never got the time I requested.
Hard working trainer
Sydney has a great program set up... he includes cardio and weights, and it WORKS! I love how fit I am, and I actually look forward to going.
