I've been CrossFitting at CLCF for almost two years. As a CrossFit newbie, I couldn't have asked for a better box. I immediately felt welcome and like I belonged here, and the coaches are top-notch. Holly is an excellent coach that makes sure you're using the right technique and breaks down movements so you can learn them. She's super-supportive and encouraging. Programming is varied and challenging so that you're not constantly playing to your strengths or weaknesses. I went on the nutrition plan in February 2017. I've done things I didn't think were possible, like squatting more than my body weight. I feel AMAZING and have actual muscle and actual definition. But more importantly I'm doing these things that I thought I couldn't, and CLCF has literally changed my life and given me more confidence. So much so that I signed up my son for CrossFit Kids with Coach Dana - and he loves it too.
