I absolutely love the staff at OTF Webster and I can appreciate the policies. However, it seems there is a lack of discernment when it comes to very real situations. For example, I am waitlisted for the 8:30 am class and my daughter called to see if she could change from This waitlisted class to the next class that I am able to get into, so we could workout together. They would not do it without charging her. On another occasion, I had a challenge with the app and accidentally booked myself 2 times on several days, when I would open the app, they were not showing up, I shared this with the OTF staff and there was absolutely no consideration only fees I have been coming to this OT for 18 months as a regular and I have visited several other locations in other states and I have not experienced this level of rigidity anywhere else! The fees are over the top and the lack of personal care and concern seen in these unreasonable, lack of human touch policies is a huge turn off! I normally do not leave negative reviews and go straight to the business first. I have spoken with them several times with no response. I will continue to go, because the product is excellent... someone else will eventually come along, something better with more wisdom in applying policies and I will be there....
