This place is well stocked with a variety of equipment. The place is always not that crowded, and that just makes it feel amazing.

I switched from 24 hour fitness where it cost twice as much and wasn't half as clean!! PF does a much better job of keeping equipment working and offers the massage bed and hydro too! What's not to love?!

This a very clean and organized gym. It gets a little busy in the peak hours, but early in the mornings or late nights it is perfect. Just like any other planet fitness it does not offer free bar weights, and its limited to only smith machines. For what is offering I believe it deserves 5 stars.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is clean. Machines are in great working order. Lots of equipment. Even when it's packed there's still enough space and equipment to do whatever you need to do to get in a good workout. Try everything. They mean it when they say no judgment. Try the hydro massage and the total body enhancement machines. 6am is a great time to go.

I go on an ever-changing schedule and when I'm there it's always a great visit! Every so often you will see someone leave weights out, or slam.....but it's never out of control and staff is usually prompt to rush to the situation during the day. All staff are friendly, informative and work to keep the place up to Planet's corporate standards. If I had an constructive feedback, I would say that more active awareness on the floor by employees at night. Never when I visit during the day, but at night I have trouble with a few gentlemen slamming weights despite a giant 'Lunk Alarm' sign hanging above the free weights.

I love this location. I just wish that the male cleaning crew would make sure men go in men and the women go in the women. Everytime I go there the male cleaner just comes in there while I'm pulling up my clothes in the women's locker room. He doesn't even warn u that he is coming in the women's locker room. Like yesterday there were already two women cleaners in there. Why is he in there?!?!It makes the environment to get dressed freely uncomfortable because you don't know if he is about to walk in. Now,because he has repeatedly done it. I'm going to start getting dressed in the bathroom. I really wish they would have a talk with him and it cease!

Its a not a safe area to workout at. Alot of sketchy people hanging outside plus breaking into vechiles and stealing. Its sad that the situation hasnt been handle at all.

My credit card information was used to pay for some strangers membership for 6 months now.. Rachel the Manager said it was out of her hands and that was it!!?? Be careful about starting a membership here!! Very careful and mindful!! No one here cares to secure your information!!!

Cleanest gym I've ever visited. The staff is so friendly and helpful. This location houses the best members. Everyone is respectful and there pursuing their goals.

Wish there was a pool, sauna..etc. just work out equipment. But it's clean and convent big and cheap. The neighborhood of El Camino and hwy 3 is gross. The hydro therapy bed is awesome. Would recommend

When I arrived I was received in with a smile and cordial greeting. This is the first planet fitness location I have visited that actually had a scale. I believe it is a great thing. Many people like to know there weight as they can weigh themselves privately in locker room. My issue is the locker room area was not clean. This includes shower area. This is also a first time I've ever encountered this in a planet fitness location.

Great place especially for any beginner.
The staff is more than willing to help you learn the floor and the gym is clean with many amenities including tanning beds, massage chairs, water massage beds, locker room with showers and a small beverage selection.
The best part is that it has SEVERAL machines to eliminate that dreaded awkward wait lol........ plus it is a 24 hr gym.
All in all that's a 5 star gym in my book.

This Gym is absolutely perfect, it's so clean and well organized. The staff is always helpful, the trainers for the morning classes are phenomenal. I've never felt comfortable in a gym atmosphere until now. I'm totally in love with my black card membership too. Please please try the red light therapy, it's amazing. Feel your skin before you go in, and then afterwards you will feel the difference.

I checked this gym out and i am seriously considering transfering here. It is really clean and the most organized gym ive been to. By organized i mean every weight in its spot, every cable attachment in the bin, every matt and bosu ball in its place...out of fitness connection, 24 hr and LA fitness and blast fitness, this is the cleanest gym. The locker rooms are IMPRESSIVE ! They are super clean and very updated and modern. To me the locker rooms were border line fancy, i was super surprised. There is a cool jungle gym type area as well where you can do a few "ninja warrior" type things. Plenty of cardio equipment and other machines. And all the machines are still new and in great shape. Lots of tv's to watch while you use the treadmill. Plenty of dumbells ranging from 5 to 75 pounds. I will say though that there is no squat rack and only one wall with a mirror. So if you are like me and really need to use a mirror to practice good form, theres just the one area with a mirror. I wish there were more mirrors in different areas of the gym. There is also no pool but who really needs that. If you guys want to test it out, you have to buy a 10 dollar day pass. They do not offer a free trial pass. Over all i think its a great gym for the price.

Signed up for a membership on 09/23/17 never went to the gym to workout until today 10/17/17 and was notified only upon check in my membership was canceled without reason
Horrible customer service from the start when signing up with from PF staff on floor from beginning, PF staff Brigidda, and also later both Brigidda and Nathiel today, they were very rude and confrontational and refused to explain why there was a issue with my membership, but instead called local Webster PD lying saying I was refusing to leave when I was just trying to get clarification on my membership when my dues are paid and why for cancellation.
No manager on duty when requested. Horrible experience and unacceptable customer service. No diversity in staff at front desk was treated like a second class citizen by all white staff at planet fitness El dorado.
This is completely unacceptable anyone of any race, Creed, or religious beliefs should be able to come to a public business without facing racial discrimination and humiliation by employees of planet fitness
