This studio is the real deal. I worked with Rachel who has been trained in the Balanced Body school of pilates...very similar to the Merrithew-Stott techniques I was trained in. She is very knowledgeable in pilates and other methods to help relieve any aches and pains you have, and is very personable to boot! InStep uses Balanced Body equipment .... more

The Teacher Training program at WAPilates is by far the best in Houston! Hilary is a wealth of information on anything Pilates and she gives all of herself to her students.
