She is very knowledgeable in pilates and other methods to help relieve any aches and pains you have, and is very personable to boot! InStep uses Balanced Body equipment .... more
The Teacher Training program at WAPilates is by far the best in Houston! Hilary is a wealth of information on anything Pilates and she gives all of herself to her students. All the instructors who work at the studio are wonderful and it's amazing to learn from the guys and gals of WAPilates! I have nothing but good things to say about this studio.... more

Best instructors, small classes, nice place, good vibes, customized work-out!. All of the instructors listen to your concerns and can tweak exercises to your needs. I feel like it's a very comfortable environment for everyone and I can get a really great workout.... more

Samantha Davis is practically a magician with her hands. I have had horrible sciatic nerve pain with both pregnancies, and she has always knocked out the pain ENTIRELY. Of course, there is some soreness for a few days after, which is completely normal and expected, but once that's gone, I literally have no more pain! I will ALWAYS go to her for chronic hip pain or any other muscle/nerve issues regardless whether I'm pregnant or not.... more
