Best gym in Houston TX , coaches are awesome. I love this gym and all of the Kru's, especially Kru Bob Perez! Ive been training in various martial arts for over 30 yrs & I can attest that the teaching style @ Main Street Boxing & Muay Thai is phenomenal, they teach the students thru building blocks but @ the same time they don't hold back your progress like some gyms.... more

Menas boxing club is by far one of the best gyms I've been in. All the coaches were just amazing as well as the trainees/boxers. They really made it feel like family, and that's hard to find.... more

When I first signed up, I thought I was going to give up after a month because I knew nothing about boxing and was so sore afterwards.
