I was treated very poorly at this place and I do not recommend anyone to come here if you are looking for a quality Physical Therapy facility. I used to manage a PT office and have been in PT several times, so I know which facilities are good and which aren't. The owner and Physical Therapist, Paul, didn't even spend any time with me. He had his assistant, a 21 year old girl who doesn't even have a Bachelor's degree yet (she told me), instruct me on exercises, which she barely knew how to do and needed to consult Paul. I was constantly left alone and would sit around waiting to be told what to do next. Only once did Paul actually work on my foot himself for about 5 min, and that was it. Physical Therapists are supposed to perform manual therapy and actually spend time with their patients, but not him. I had a bad stress fracture and could barely walk when I went there and this is how I was treated. The last straw was after a few appointments when suddenly the receptionist called me to cancel my next day appointment because apparently Paul decided to go on his vacation early. Ridiculous. I found another PT facility that is so much better, people are a lot nicer and my PT actually spends time working on my foot. Even though this place is further away, they have helped me tremendously and I am doing so much better. Not to mention that at Valeo, I was given very few exercises, some of which didn't do anything to help, and I was only there 30-40 min. Plus, Paul charged my insurance an outrageous amount of money. At my new PT office, Proactive Physical Therapy, they spend a whole hour with me, have me do a variety of many different important exercises and stretches, and manual therapy, and charge a lot less. Wish I went there first and could have avoided the stress of going to Valeo.
