Beware of this dishonest business.
1. If you ever complains about their service, they will find any possible way to retaliate you.
2. They purposely withheld important information (or details) on how you would be charged for your membership. When I signed up, they told me they have a 30 day cancellation policy. However, only at the time of my cancellation I was told that this 30 day starts on the auto-pay day, NOT the day you cancel. For example, my autopay is on the 2nd (because they cannot do on the 1st for unknown reason) of every month, which means that I have been charged every month for the full amount. I was charged full amount on Feb 2nd for February use of the gym. I canceled on Feb 5th, and per their cancelation policy (received via email) I would still be charged on March 2nd for the full amount; however, I could only use the facility until March the 5th. What this means is I pay for the full month of March, but only get to use the gym for 5 days of the March.
3. They create a deceiving situation where at sign-up you pay prorated membership fee, e.g., you signed up on December 30th, you pay for December 30th/31st right away. Then on the 1st next month you will be charged full amount for that month. So the customers get the impression that 30 day cancellation is prorated just like signup when they are told there is a 30 day cancellation policy. However, they don't tell you the cancellation works completely differently.
4. There is a huge variation about the membership fees. They give "discount" or "special membership" to some customers but not the others. When being questioned about the difference, they cannot provide any explanation or justification, but blatantly blames the customers for "you shouldn't talk to each other about how much you pay." And then threaten the customers to raise their membership fees for wanting a lower fee other customers were given.
