A great community to join, with an owner that puts his body, mind, and soul into inspiring improvement in others. A consummate professional. His dogs are a joy, too, well-trained and loveable; always a good pick-me-up when you're feeling down.

Overall awesome atmosphere. The people are down to earth, fit, and awesome. The staff are great and know they're stuff. Great gym and equipment.

Good machines, great leg machines, not over crowded, most people actually rack they're weights, overall great gym! Would like music to be louder and a couple of bicep and tricep machines then this gym would be perfect.

Great place to train for that hardcore experience if you like the feeling of training outside this is the place to be. Great variety of equipment that you don't see at useless fairy commercial gyms. Love this place!!!
