This is a great place with wonderful people. I was only in town for three days and I found this place. It was $20.00 to do a day workout and I did two. I love the fact that they are open at 5am and the last class is at 745pm. It's high tempo and you really get a workout in. If you live here or just passing by check this place out you won't be disappointed. And I also love the app that they have in order for you to track you progress during the workout. Great job you guys keep up the wonderful work that your doing.

Great place to work out as a group. Excellent attention and motivation from trainers and members !!! It's has made great impact in my fitness level. Highly recommend to beginners and people of all fitness levels. The workouts and results keeps you coming back.. good management team as well..

The staff is super sweet and helpful so far loving it! Defiantly pushes you to want to look and feel better! I would 100% recommend everyone to try it out!

Awesome Trainer's, help reach your goals, always by your side
This is a really great place to workout at. Even more because of the trainers. They have all times of days and evenings to come in for the class. There are also lots of trainers there so when you do the group class you still get one on one to an extent. Its fantastic. It is a tad pricey. I ended up paying 90 dollars for going 8 days a month. Although, I still feel like it's worth it because it's basically 11.50 per class of you want to break it down and that's worth it. They also make sure you drink water and modify the workouts to what you can handle. Its intense and I can only imagine the bootcamps being even more intense honestly. You will get results of you follow good suggestions and do the workouts though. Just don't expect to see results in a month lol doesn't work like that not the crazy drastic results. I know after a week I am toning a lot more but I'm good with the progress thus far. Definetly come here because you will have fun and look forward to coming in. Each day is different in the extent of like Mondays leg day and each day of the week is something focused on.

I absolutely love LIFE FIT! The trainers are amazing, the atmosphere is great and the workouts never disappoint. George is one of my faves, pushes you to test your limits where sometimes you won't dare to try on your own. Fabian and his crew treat my family like their very own. Nothing compares to being able to go to a place where some days seems like therapy and know that while I workout my son is also comfortable and loves to go to the kids room. Honestly, the sense of security I feel that I can look directly at him while I am working out and he can spot me as well through the glass window if needed. You simply can't compare this gym to any other gym. Your fitness level DOES NOT MATTER; It's great for beginners, mid levels, and advanced! Give it a shot, believe me you will not regret it.
I was a member for just over a year and mostly satisfied until the very end.
I canceled my membership because I am moving. When I cancelled, they wrote on my cancellation form that my last billing date was 9/1/16 and membership expiration date was 10/31/16. Today (10/20/16), I went to Life Fit Gym and was told my membership had already been cancelled. I showed them a picture of the cancellation form with the above dates. They told me they would not honor those dates and I would have to pay another $80 to finish out the month.

Don't keep their word, madhouse during peak hours, sometimes unfriendly staff.

Awesome Trainers and Staff, always motivating and helping you reach your goals. The workouts are always challenging, and I don't even know where to begin what to say about our 5am workout crew, they are all amazing, pushing each other to succeed. Great gym! They make you feel like family.
