Menas boxing club is by far one of the best gyms I've been in. All the coaches were just amazing as well as the trainees/boxers. They really made it feel like family, and that's hard to find. I would recommend it to anyone.
Have been to quite a few gyms in or around Houston and I must say Mena's is by far the best IMO. The Trainers Howard and Joe are amazing and very knowledgeable! Love their program and will recommend all my friends & family!
