Excellent facilities, clean amenities and super friendly instructors
Visited for the first time today. Staff/coaches were friendly and motivating. It's called "xtreme fitness" for a reason. I definitely plan to return. If you serious about working out this is the place to be.

Just in town for a meeting saw this place online paid drop in rate. Nice place a warehouse gym well equipped. Trainer (owner?) was very accommodating. Nice guy

I've tried many gyms in my time and none compare to this gym. The trainers are great and very knowledgeable (RodneytheTrainer) knows his stuff. With the group setting training sessions it still feels you get that one on one that you would with a personal trainer. I'm loving my results to date.. Down 4 sizes in the past months
